Decide today that you want to make the best out of this holiday season. Don't wait until January 1st to set your New Year's Resolution; set it today. You will enter 2007 feeling great and will be able to focus on a different goal than 90 percent of the population.
There is no question the holidays will probably affect your exercise program to some extent. Just remember to make a few adjustments that will help you stay fit during the season. An extra set or two will help compensate for those cookies and desserts. The little things do make a difference.
